Having leftover chicken from the night before means a fixed breakfast. The choices for chicken dishes are endless and so are the leftovers because the chicken is going to be more flavourful, not to mention being the protein that you need.

1. Chicken Sandwich

If you have any bread in your house, making a sandwich with the leftover chicken is always a good idea. Slap any ingredient you want and it’ll end up delicious no matter what. Adding avocado will make you begin your day with a happy face, sliced ones or you can turn it into guacamole and spread that on your chicken.
