Vin Diesel Gave Away Paul Walker’s Daughter At Her Wedding

Meadow Walker, daughter of Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker, just got married on Thursday, October 21, 2021, on the beach in the Dominican Republic. The model and actress are married to Louis Thornton-Allan, after confirming their relationship last July and a month later they announced on her personal Instagram that they got engaged.

The wedding was attended only by his family and close friends, including Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster.

Vin Diesel was seen standing next to Meadow to take the place of father Paul Walker, who died in 2013 in a car accident, giving away his daughter to the man that she loves at the marriage altar. Meanwhile, Brewster hugged Meadow.

Vin and Meadow Walker have shared a special bond. He even revealed in an interview that Meadow was the first to wish him Father’s Day.

“I feel very protective. It goes beyond the movies,” Vin told Extra.

Meadow told Vogue that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on her wedding plans.

“Louis’ family was unable to attend. Many close friends who we consider family were also unable to attend due to travel restrictions,” Meadow said.

According to Vogue, Meadow Walker chose a Givenchy Haute Couture wedding dress for her big day. Made of silk cady, stitched in an hourglass shape, halter neck, and edgy design that fits perfectly on her body. The backless statement is added by a simple string. She completed her look with a simple scarf and Tiffany & Co jewelry.

Givenchy designer Matthew Williams told Vogue, “My best friend Meadow is already the most beautiful person inside and out. So I wanted to really let her personality shine with the simplest, most modern, wedding dress in a silk cady.”
