This July 13th, “Chainsaw Man” Continues In Pt.2.

 

The popular series Chainsaw Man by Tatsuki Fujimoto will finally continue its story in a Pt.2 which will be officially released on July 13, 2022.

Announced by Shonen Jump+ on Twitter, the serialization of the second part of the Chainsaw Man series will begin soon in July.

As a commemoration for the upcoming release of Chainsaw Man Pt. 2, you can read two volumes (Episode 1 – Episode 5) of Chainsaw Man for free on the Shonen Jump+ website until July 12, 2022.

Chainsaw Man follows the story of Denji, a poor boy burdened with a huge debt left by his deceased father. Although faced with the unbearable burden, he beat the odds after saving an orange chainsaw Devil-Dog named Pochita.

With Pochita lending his devil powers to Denji after creating a contract, they became an unstoppable devil duo barely scraping through life – until Denji joins the Public Safety Devil Hunters.

Before the announcement of Chainsaw Man Pt. 2, the manga series has already grabbed itself an anime adaptation produced by MAPPA set to premiere soon this 2022 as well.

Ever since the final chapter of Chainsaw Man concluded on December 14, 2020 (with an open-ended cliffhanger at that), fans can finally get closure after two years from the anxiety the ending gave us.

We’ll finally get to continue Denji’s story and explore the aftermath of the last arc. Meanwhile, the mangaka of Chainsaw Man, Fujimoto, will also be releasing two short stories, featuring a collection of anthologies.

The first volume Tatsuki Fujimoto Before Chainsaw Man: 17-21 and the second volume Tatsuki Fujimoto Before Chainsaw Man: 22-26 will release in Spring 2023!
