The Best Dressed Celebrities at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival

 

The most anticipated film festival is here!

 

The Cannes Film Festival, or the Cannes International Film Festival, takes place annually in the “city of lights.” For its 75th edition, as usual, the event celebrated all things cinema. The festival features a big lineup from May 18th to May 28th, with an after-party following the show.

 

While the event is mainly about cinema, we could not take our eyes away from the best-dressed celebrities on the red carpet. Like every other event, this Cannes Festival asks celebrities to step up their fashion game for the glamorous nights of the event. And we took it upon ourselves to round up this top list of looks that made us say WOW.

Deepika Padukone was a vision in gold and black. The Indian actress, who was walking the red carpet for the festival, wore a stunning sari by Sabyasachi Mukherjee (as part of the Aakash-tara collection), The sari features sequined stripes, paired with intricate earrings and a headpiece caught on camera.

 

“The stripes have been block printed and hand embroidered by some of India’s finest craftspeople at the Sabyasachi atelier,” said Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

Without a doubt, she is the talk of the town. Urvashi Rautela dazzled us as she walked the Cannes Film Festival red carpet in a flawless white gown by Tony Ward Couture, a world-renowned designer. This one-sided shoulder gown was finished off with a grape garland motif at the waist and a long trail of tulle at the shoulder.

Elle Fanning looked stunning in an Armani Prive gown on the red carpet. The celebrities on the red carpet of the festival looked breathtaking.
