“The Batman Returns” With Robert Pattinson’s Batman

The Dark Knight Detective has returned to theaters, “The Batman” directed by Matt Reeves has already premiered last Wednesday (02/03).

This time, Batman (Robert Pattinson) explores the underworld of Gotham City, in hopes to trail a nefarious killer, The Riddler (Paul Dano), and unmasking his identity.

In Batman’s investigation for justice, he encounters new individuals that he must work together with, such as Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz) and GCPD Lieutenant James Gordon (Jeffrey Wright). Not to mention, his beloved butler Alfred (Andy Serkis) is there to assist him in challenging Gotham’s crimes and corruption.

The new Batman film based on the trailer has a noir-inspired vibe, which perfectly captures the unsettling moody atmosphere of Gotham in a creepy approach that is quintessential of all Batman comics.

The trailer alone, posted on Warner Bros. Pictures’ YouTube Channel already hit 44 million views and the movie itself expects to hit at least $110M – according to Comscore. The most recent box office hit from Warner Bros. was ‘The Joker’, which hit $1.074 billion with Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker.

Robert Pattinson has recently starred in recent movies, such as “The Souvenir Part II” and “The Devil All the Time”, along with novel movie adaptations like “The Twilight Saga” and “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” although his role as Bruce Wayne’s Batman will leave an iconic mark in his acting career.

Recent popular movies, such as “Uncharted” starring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, Sophia Taylor Ali, and Tati Gabrielle have reached $226.1 million in worldwide box offices as of February 28.
