Teaser video for Call of Duty: Vanguard has been out, mentions Western Front

There’s a new teaser for the next Call of Duty game, and it’s set on the Western Front.

Some signs in a video posted to YouTuber MrDalekJD lead to the Battle of Merville Gun Battery in June 1944, according to some. Take a look at the video below.

According to a rumor, the drama takes place in World War II’s European and Pacific theaters, and the narrative will go into the origins of allied special forces.

Activision is expected to make the official announcement of Call of Duty: Vanguard on August 19. According to leaks, the game will have an open beta and different editions.

The official Call of Duty communication channels replied to the Vanguard leaks with amusing memes, including one from developer Sledgehammer Games, which you can see below.

Aside from Vanguard, Activision is rumored to be working on a huge update to Warzone, including a brand-new map set in the Pacific Theater. According to a VGC rumor, Warzone’s new map would be larger and more comprehensive than Verdansk’s map update when it went back to the 1980s.

According to the rumor, the new Warzone map will be released around the same time as Vanguard, and the map will be situated in WWII’s Pacific theater. According to the source, it will be “significantly larger” than Warzone’s current Verdansk map.

Warzone will also get new vehicles and “technical enhancements,” according to VGC. Vanguard and Warzone are said to employ the same Modern Warfare engine, which is noteworthy considering Cold War does not.
