A new visual for illustrator loundraw’s upcoming anime film “Summer Ghost” has been released. The film received its initial trailer in February of this year, as well as a premiere date, which will be on November 12. The film is directed by illustrator loundraw and produced by FLAT Studio, his company.

The illustration is also for an upcoming event decided by two illustrators, redjuice and loundraw. From September 1 (Wed) to September 13 (Mon), the two popular illustrators will hold a “redjuicexloundraw movie “Summer Ghost” special exhibition “fireworks and ghosts” at Shibuya PARCO B1F GALLERY X. The title of this exhibition is “Fireworks and Ghosts,” which is also the keyword of the movie “Summer Ghost,” and the exhibition will lead to the story of the movie.
A total of six new illustrations by redjuice and loundraw will be released, and as a special event unique to this event, a new attempt will be made to draw a character designed by one as an illustration by the other. The film’s imageboard and setting materials will also be released for the first time, so people in Japan who are looking forward to the film are encouraged to come to the event.

Summer Ghost is a film about Tomoya Sugisaki, Aoi Harukawa, and Ryo Kobayashi, three troubled high school students who meet online. The three youngsters want to see the “Summer Ghost,” a ghostly form of a young woman who emerges when fireworks are let off, according to urban legend.
