Southampton vs Brentford 4-1

Ever since the first half, Southampton have taken the initiative to attack the opposing team’s defence. This strategy succeeded in creating a goal in the 4th minute through Jen Bednarek who took advantage of bait from James Ward-Prowse. This goal sparked a counter-attack from Brentford and created a counter-goal in the 23rd minute.

The goal created by Vitaly Janelt came from Bryan Mbuemo’s pass from the right side of the Southampton defense. The goal that Frasier Froster failed to hold back changed the position to 1-1. Vitaly Janelt’s goal made Southampton increase their attack which resulted in an own goal from Alvaro Fernadez in the 37th minute. This own goal changed the position to 2-1 until the end of the second half.

In the second half, Southampton continued to defend their attack which resulted in a goal by Armando Broja in the 4th minute of the second half through a corner. The goal that Alvaro Fernandez failed to block came from Oriol Romeo’s breakthrough bait. Winning with a score of 3-1 did not make Southampton relax his attack. In the 70th minute the goal was created through the feet of Che Adams who received a pass away from Ibrahima Diallo and made the position 4-1. This score lasted until the end of the game.
