Song Hye-kyo Introduced Her New Upcoming Drama “Now We Are Breaking Up”

Song Hye-Kyo and Jang Ki-Yong have introduced their new upcoming drama. Quoted from Soompi, SBS’s “Now We Are Breaking Up” aired their pre-recorded press conference featuring the actor Song Hye-kyo, Jang Ki-yong, Choi Hee-seo, Kim Joo-heon, Park Hyo-joo, and Yoon Na-moo.

Directed by Lee Gil-bok. Now We Are Breaking Up, just as its title implies, is a realistic romance drama about love and breakups with the backdrop of the fashion industry. At the conference, Gil-bok explained that there will be no villains in this series, it’s totally just a love and breakups story in a relationship. With the best performance of the actors, he believes this drama will receive a lot of love from fans.

The actors will play roles as characters who work in the fashion industry with a variety of personalities. Such as Ha Young-Eun (Song Hye-Kyo) as a realist fashion designer and Yoon Jae-guk (Jang Ki-Yong) as an intelligent freelance photographer.

As Song Hye-Kyo explained, Young-eun is passionate about her work and always does her best to achieve the best result. May we say, Young-Eun is a workaholic and loves fashion really much. Jang Ki-Yong, also depicting his character Jae-guk, is passionate about his work as a fashion photographer and an honest person when it comes to love.

Bringing the fashion industry, different personalities between the two characters and an obvious title, we must be expecting a promiscuous relationship between Young-Eun and Jae-guk, how it will start and how it will end.

The conference was closed by director Gil-bok with the message of the drama, “Isn’t every relationship a sequence of meeting and parting?” Now We Are Breaking Up premieres on November 12th on SBS and will be available on Viki.
