Scarlet and Violet Have Released New Pokémon.

It seems like new Pokémon games keep releasing back-to-back, not that we’re complaining about it. The upcoming Pokémon Scarlet and Violet game is set to release on November 18, 2022 – just around 5 more months!

With a new Pokémon game, we can’t wait to see the new Pokémon and the starters appearing in the game! And this time, we’ll be playing as Pokémon trainers in a region that may be inspired by the Mediterranean landscape of Spain.

We got a glimpse of the character outfits, which comprise of a blue school uniform and cute hats. Unlike the usual storyline element of most Pokémon games, Pokémon Scarlet & Violet has an open-world element where you’re free to explore your own adventure without being restricted by the story-line!

Here are Gen 9 Pokémon starters that have been revealed so far!

The new grass-type starter is a combination of a cute kitty and a sprig! This is why it’s probably classified as a grass-type. Sprigatito has green pale fur with a mischievous but adorable look. Its fur resembles leaves, and it says that Sprigatito’s fur can absorb sunlight for energy and it can unleash a therapeutic aroma that makes their opponents stop battling.

Quaxly

The water-type duckling starter has a look of constant wonder on its face. Quaxly has teal webbed feet that match the teal coif of fur on its head. With an earnest and eager spirit, Quaxly uses its strong legs to attack foes – and most importantly, to swim!

From the name, it’s kind of easy to tell that the Gen 9 fire-type starter will be some sort of crocodile. This cute and feisty fire croc resembles a tiny chili pepper, with a red and orange body along with two tufts of bright and yellow fire energy on his head! This chill buddy loves food and its scale can absorb external heat to be turned into fire energy.
