Recommendations: Feel-Good Movies

We all have those moments when we think we want to watch something but the streaming platform offers you a million to choose from and you end up not watching anything.

Well, here is a list of films that are perfect to watch in any situation and guarantee that you will feel good when you watch them!

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse

This film is absolutely perfect, even when you are not a Marvel fan! It’s got everything that you need in a Spider-Man film and it will lift up your mood in no time.

Love, Simon

A romance-comedy-drama that is a safe place for all, Love, Simon is about a closeted gay high school kid on a journey to find who he truly is. To follow up after watching this film: Love, Victor the series.

Thor: Ragnarok

You don’t need to know everything about Marvel to enjoy this film because it’s just enjoyable. It’s hilarious and perhaps the best Thor film.

The Half of It

In another high school setting, The Half of It follows a girl who helps a jock try to woo a girl that she also secretly desires. It’s coming-of-age, it’s got humor and it’s a calming film to make you curl up comfortably in your bed.

The Devil Wears Prada

This is a super classic and such a feel-good movie for a bad day. It’s one of those films that you can’t help but watch when it’s on TV. Seriously, you might not know you miss that fashion montage until you watch it again!

Booksmart

Booksmart follows two teenage girls, best friends, who attempt to do everything they did not do in high school right before they graduate. It’s another coming-of-age but who knew we can come of age just overnight? Booksmart does! It’s funny and a heartwarming film to watch with your best friend.

The Intern

Another Anne Hathaway film? Yes. The Intern is more heartwarming since the intern is a 70-year-old who is going to be the best friend of a fashion company CEO.
