Football fans across England are in for a treat this weekend as, after an impressive comeback by Liverpool FC earlier this week, the race to the title in the Premier League is going down to the final day of the season.

The fight for the top spot this year has again been between Manchester City and Liverpool FC, with both teams putting in several phenomenal performances to keep the competition between the two fierce. Right now, Man City top the table with an impressive 90 points, whereas Liverpool is snapping at their heels with just one point difference at 89.

The last match between City and West Ham ended with a shock draw at 2-2, and Liverpool won 2-1 in their most recent game against Southampton. For Liverpool to clinch the title, they must win their last game against the Wolves and have to rely on City making mistakes, resulting in a loss or potentially a draw.

The city must win their last match against Aston Villa or at the very least must draw and win on goal difference to definitely lift the coveted trophy.
