On the first announcement, PSY attached a video of him from December 12, 2013  saying, “Perhaps the next time you’ll meet a song like ‘Gangnam Style’ maybe in 2022,”

The album’s tracks are revealed one by one starting from April 15 until April 25 but the title track has not announced yet. A lot of singers are featured in PSY 9th, such as Jessi, Hwa Sa, TABLO, Crush, Heize, and Sung Si-Kyung.

The title track, ‘That That’ is finally unveiled on April 26, three days prior the album release.

BTS’ SUGA is featured in ‘That That’ and participated as the producer of the song. SUGA also participated in lyric writing, composition, and arrangement of the song.

Regarding the collaboration, SUGA admitted that at first, he was quite nervous because PSY is his many years senior, someone who’s so well-respected in the music industry but then, along with the songwriting process, SUGA felt more in ease.

“It felt like working with a childhood friend so it made the songwriting process that much more fun,” he said.

PSY also said, “When meeting younger artist, I don’t want to make them feel uncomfortable. I don’t want to be someone who’s hard to approach. I think about this quite a bit,” that made him and SUGA getting even closer.

“We became besties in a way,” SUGA admitted.

The title track along with the music video and the full-length album will be released on April 29 at 6 p.m. KST.
