MAMAMOO’s Solar Buys A Building Worth 4.5 Billion Won

Mamamoo’s Solar is now a proud real estate owner, owning a building in South Korea’s Sinchon neighborhood, and she reportedly had already paid off the balance by June.

The property has one basement floor and four upper levels, and it is situated in the heart of a commercial center with a high-floating community. It’s also only a three-minute walk away from Sinchon station.

According to real estate analysts, the building’s sale price was influenced by the fact that it is located in the semi-residential district of Changjeon-dong, resulting in a somewhat lower price than if it were fully residential. Furthermore, they noted that the Sinchon neighborhood is generally underrated when compared to its neighbor to the west, specifically Hongdae, but that is because it is surrounded by three prominent institutions, its value may rise in the future.
