Malaysian Foods that you must try!

When you are traveling from different places, it is important to try different foods from the country you visited. In the country of Malaysia, there are a lot of foods that you should try to complete your trip.

To begin with our travel food trip in Malaysia, let us all started with their main dish, the Nasi Lemak, one of their famous foods. It is made up of rice cooked in coconut milk, cucumber, peanuts, boiled egg, and anchovies. They are serving it with some sambal or spicy chili paste and all of them are put together in a banana leaf, showing their traditional way.

Nasi kerabu is blue rice served with some fresh herbs, fish crackers, salted egg, spiced sauce, and crispy skin turmeric salmon. If you are interested in the color of this rice, better look for it for you to try them all.

Satay, a juicy and flavorful grilled meat placed in a stick. You can try this in chicken, lamb, or even in beef. It is served with rice and you can dip it in peanuts to add a more delicious taste. This food is easy to eat therefore you don’t have to worry about it.

Ikan Bakar is a grilled and marinated fish. It can be eaten with rice and some vegetables. There are many varieties of Ikan Bakar from its marinades, sauces, and even fish. A very interesting dish that should be tried for you to know what is the best Ikan Bakar.

After looking for different places in Malaysia it’s time for having some dessert to give us refreshments and to energize us. Here is Ais Kacang, a colorful dessert that is easy to find because you can find it in the street or even in restaurants. It is also known as shaved ice.
