Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker Tease New Album by Showing Off Matching Tattoos

Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker are blood buddies. The rapper and blink-182 drummer MGK unveiled the title of his forthcoming album with matching ink with frequent collaborator Travis Barker on Wednesday evening after less than a year of the release of his debut pop-punk album.

He shared a preview of the song on Instagram earlier this week with the message “Signed a deal, I got paper cuts” — which are also the lyrics of the recording he’s playing in the background.

” ‘born with horns’ the album. We’re back for round two….” Kelly, 31, captioned the post. He and Barker, 45, previously worked together on his pop-punk album ‘Tickets to My Downfall’. The Blink-182 drummer will serve as executive producer on the upcoming ‘Born with Horns’.

‘Born with Horns’ will be the rockstar’s sixth studio album, after his platinum-certified ‘Tickets To My Downfall’, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in October. The album was also nominated for an MTV Video Music Award for Best Alternative Album and a Billboard Award for Best Rock Album. MGK made his SNL debut earlier this year and has won numerous prizes, including an MTV VMA.

Barker, who also produced 2020’s ‘Tickets to My Downfall’, is producing ‘Born With Horns’ for MGK. The album will be MGK’s sixth studio release. ‘Tickets to My Downfall’ debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in October.

Cole Bennett is the director of the video for the song, which will be released this Wednesday, August 11 at midnight.
