K-POP Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings In August

The Korean Business Research Institute released this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups. BLACKPINK, Aespa, Red Velvet, Brave Girls, and TWICE were the top performers in August.

The rankings were determined by evaluating the data using consumer behaviour analysis to calculate the participation index, media index, communication index, and community index from significant volumes of data acquired between July 15 and August 15.

This month, BLACKPINK climbed to the top of the list, with a brand reputation index of 3,243,108. High-ranking keywords associated with BLACKPINK include “BLACKPINK The Movie,” “Oricon,” and “Jennie.” On positive-negative analysis, BLACKPINK has a positive reaction score of 81.93 percent.

With a brand reputation index of 2,708,017, Aespa came in second in this month’s rankings.

Red Velvet climbed to third place with a brand reputation index of 2,493,441

Meanwhile, Brave Girls ranked fourth, with a brand reputation score of 2,469,561.

And with a brand reputation index of 2,390,625, TWICE climbed to fifth place.
