K-POP Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings In August

The Korean Business Research Institute released this month’s brand reputation rankings for K-pop boy groups. BTS, EXO, Seventeen, NCT, and Astro were the top performers in August.

The rankings were determined using significant amounts of data collected between July 15 and August 15 and analysed using consumer behaviour analysis to calculate participation index, media index, communication index, and community index.

For the 39th consecutive month, BTS topped the list, with a brand reputation index of 13,098,122 in August. High-ranking keywords associated with BTS include “Butter,” “Billboard,” and “Army.” Furthermore, the top-ranking related terms were “long-running,” “prove,” and “advertise” On positive-negative analysis, BTS has a positive reaction score of 83.01 percent.

With a brand reputation index of 3,584,626, EXO came in second in this month’s rankings.

Seventeen climbed to third place, with a brand reputation index of 2,916,572

NCT ranked fourth, with a brand reputation score of 2,522,776.

And with a brand reputation index of 2,508,474, ASTRO climbed to fifth place.
