Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Resumes, Culling Game Arc Opens

 After a long month of break, rising dark fantasy manga, Jujutsu Kaisen returns with its 153^rd chapter, welcoming another thrilling arc.

Jujutsu Kaisen’s manga release went on hiatus as mangaka, Gege Akutami was advised by his editors to go on hiatus due to not being physically well. Chapter 152, which closed an arc was published last June 2021 and only today that the newest chapter got serialized.

Shonen Jump’s official Twitter account announced back in mid-July that JJK would resume its serialization this August, seemingly in great timing as the manga turned anime continues to grow its fanbase and becomes more popular as the day passes.

 “I want to reassure everyone that I am not suffering from any kind of serious illness and my mental state is strong. I do apologize for the long wait. When I return, I will treat it as the start of a new series and do my very best.” Gege Akutami, who is only known for his pseudonym said when he issued a statement about his health condition and break.

Spoilers for Chapter 153 circulated around social medias in mid-July as well, and fans are totally excited to the new arc that is awaiting, which is unveiled as of this day.
