Noted, David de Gea conceded 15 times in the last five Premier League matches.

“They outperformed us. We let them drop the ball too easily into the box.”

“There are a lot of things that can go wrong in football and it happened a lot in the first half,” said Ole Gunnar Solskjaer of United’s 4-1 loss to Watford.

Solskjaer left Man United in seventh place in the Premier League standings with a distance of six points from the Champions League Zone.

After guiding MU to finish second in the 2020-2021 Premier League, Solskjaer was given a new work bond by management which lasted until 2024.
