Another favorite and well-known dish. Bakso is often served with rice vermicelli or egg noodles, tofu, boiled eggs coated in the same meatball mixture, chili, crispy fried onion pieces, and sweet soy sauce to taste. The meat is usually made from beef, chicken, or fish.
