The job market has been challenging due to COVID-19. Old jobs are being made redundant due to new technologies and too much labor in the work market, meaning the labor price is decreasing.
The worth of workers is being decreased due to many factors like overpopulation outsourcing jobs abroad, and women’s entry into the workforce.
The goal of this blog is to hopefully help the unemployed or people looking for new work but are unsure how to write a successful CV in 5 easy steps.
Step one introduction
Explain to an employer why you are interested in the job role and why you wish to work for the company or charity, and what you have to offer this should be a short paragraph of no more than 250 words due to this only being an introduction, Greater detail should only put in a cover letter should one be required.
If the employer’s name is in the interviewer or a job brief is posted on websites, you should write the person’s name in the opening paragraph.
If you know you were speaking to this person directly, if not, go straight into the paragraph explaining why you think you are capable of fulfilling the job role.

Step two work history
Write down your latest job titles and the job role from your latest to your first job, then put down the work that is most relevant to the job you are applying for.
Also, explain any gaps in your employment history during the job interview.
Step three education
If you have primary educational experience but the education where step two is in the paragraph’s structure, step two becomes step three.
For your educational attainment, try to match the education to the skills recruiters are looking for in CVs.
With how the job description functions, the recruiter will choose to interview the person who meets the job specifications or has relevant work experience.
Step four skills
Put down all the relevant skills you have developed, such as computers, driving, and writing. English skills also try to master skills in the job description.
That way, you will be more able to refill the recruiter’s requirements and the job function.
Step Five
Please write down your references from previous employers and education by using their emails and phone numbers.
Do not forget to ask your previous employer or educator for permission for recruiters or bosses to contact them to check your work history and personality.
During the job interview, try to remain calm and focused, listen to some music, and do your best to relax.
As long as you meet the job requirements, you should be successful; if you are not, you will be getting more experience from the position.
