Green Day Is About to Release A Live Album

Green Day is about to release its 1994-2001 performances on BBC Sessions as a live album, according to Green Day Facebook fan page post.

We reached into the Green Day vaults and decided it was time to release the BBC Sessions from throughout the years (recorded between ’94-’01). The album drops everywhere on December 10th (including a double vinyl LP), but we’re releasing a song a week until then!

Before the release of the album, Green Day BBC Sessions performance of “2000 Light Years Away” has released on YouTube. Green Day performances on BBC Sessions were previously uploaded on YouTube as an unofficial bootleg years before this live album is announced, but with lower sound quality.

We expect this album will have a better sound quality and include some unreleased stuff, it will please many Green Day fans and also audiophiles.
