Most individuals believe that talking about personality development, life skills training, and counselling qualifies them as a type of psychologist. Observational skills

Psychologists as researchers need to be alert and good observers. A psychologist engages in observing various facts of surroundings including people and varying events. He or she may begin with carefully examining the physical settings. This is done in order to capture the atmosphere. In addition to physical surroundings, a psychologist actively engages in observing people and their actions. The observations may include the personal features such as, gender, age, stature, etc. They observe the people’s way of dealing and their pattern of behaviors in different circumstances. A psychologist records these details as something of significance that may be helpful in the process.
