Dune released their star-studded character posters

Newly released posters for the highly anticipated Dune have been released, and they are wearing their serious but bewitching tone for the upcoming movie.

Dune is based on Frank Herbert’s best-selling science fiction trilogy about a nobleman’s son who is entrusted with the security of the galaxy’s most valuable treasure. 

Dune’s grand cast of characters and world of spice-mining empires and political machinations are dense complexities, and Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming film adaptation will bring them to life. Villenueve is known for directing other sci-fi films such as Arrival and Blade Runner 2049. Since he was a teenager, Villeneuve had wanted to produce a cinematic adaptation of the renowned novel. Long-time Dune fans are crossing their fingers that new version improves on the series’ notorious history of difficult productions.

This set of posters focus on individual actors and characters from Dune, including Timothée Chalamet (Paul), Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica), Oscar Isaac (Duke Leto), Jason Momoa (Duncan Idaho), James Brolin (Gurney), Zendaya (Chani), Javier Bardem (Stilgar), and Stellan Skarsgård (The Baron). Dave Bautista, who plays Glossu ‘Beast’ Rabban, is noticeably absent from these character posters.

 

Synopsis:
