Denise’s Absence, SECRET NUMBER Released Comeback With 2 New Members

SECRET NUMBER has dropped new single – Fire Saturday!

Secret Number finally made their first comeback after releasing their single album Got That Boom on November 4th, 2020. Their newest comeback, Fire Saturday was released on October 27th, 2021.

Fire Saturday, with a retro disco theme, delivers a vivid and clashing with flamboyant clothing that differs from the previous Secret Number music video concept.

According to the lyrics “Get on the floor tonight. Dance on a Saturday night”, the song Fire Saturday delivers the uplifting hip-hop dance genre.

The song Fire Saturday is written by the famous singer and rapper – Jessi (Jessica Hyun-Joo Ho). Furthermore, one of the members of Secret Number – Jinny Park also participated in the B-Side song Dangerous in Love.

Denise’s Absence

Unfortunately, Vine Entertainment as the agency of Secret Number announces that Denise will be absent from this comeback. Through the agency’s statement, Denise’s absence is due to negotiations of contract adjustments with the agency. 

Many fans suspected that Denise would leave the group that certainly makes Lockey – Secret Number’s official fan club name sad and surprised.

There Are Two New Members

They had released teaser photo on October 5th, 2021, that showed six pairs of legs of the members captioned “Coming Soon” and “3rd Single”. Meanwhile, Secret Number only has 5 members, Jinny, Dita, Soodam, Denise, and Lea. 

After releasing various teasers, Secret Number introduced their two new members Park Minji and Zuu.

The Fire Saturday teaser shows Zuu’s beauty wearing brightly colored clothes. Park Minji herself is a former Produce 101 and Produce 48 survival. Besides, Minji has been a trainee at two different agencies, Magic Fresh Company (during Produce 101) and M&D17 (during Produce 48).
