The Korean TV industry has produced some of the best TV shows of the year, from Squid Game and Hospital Playlist Season 2. This makes the last two months of 2021 the perfect season to binge-watch all of these in order.

  1. Squid Game

‘Squid Game’ has become Netflix’s biggest hit debut in history. The show has captured Netflix and Twitter users from all over the world. It is about people who are highly in debt and would like to receive money in the cruelest way possible––a game of life and death.

  1. Law School

Former prosecutor and professor, and his students at Hankuk University Law School are involved in a case where a professor at the school is found dead during a mock trial class. It is a classic whodunnit and perhaps the K-Drama version of ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ in its colors and twists but it will keep you on the edge of your seat.

3.The Devil Judge

In a dystopian world, The Devil Judge follows Kang Yohan (played by Jisung) who is dubbed as the ‘devil’, and his newly recruited judge Kim Gaon (played by GOT7’s Jinyoung). It tells a story of the crisis of trust of the people towards law enforcement and the government. Kang Yohan’s courts are also settled by the votes of the people since it is aired live, like a reality show. This show blows minds and chases justice in a world that has long forgotten it.

  1. So Not Worth It

‘So Not Worth It’ is a Netflix sitcom that follows eight students in their dorm life, with many unexpected twists and conflicts that they have to go through. It is a lighthearted and feel-good watch once you are done with the other 3 in the list to prepare you for the last.

  1. Hospital Playlist 2

Hospital Playlist follows five best friends who work as doctors in the same hospital. But get this: they also form a band! Romances, break-ups, surgery conflicts…It’s a heartwarming slice-of-life that would conclude this year to the best kind of ending. Watch this with family and friends and it will get you all to cry!
