Almonds are a nut that can be used in a variety of ways. This nutrient-dense nut isn’t only for sprinkling on salads. In nut butter, handmade biscuits, and pie crusts, as well as sweet delights like cupcakes and ice cream, Because almonds are high in plant-based protein, they help to make anything more fulfilling!

It’s also less expensive to make your own almond butter. It goes well with fruit-topped bread. Almond butter can also be spread on banana bread and muffins. You can also add it to smoothies or yoghurt to boost the protein content.
