After long-delayed, Agatha Christie adaptation “Death on the Nile” Finally Sail this February 11

Adapted from one of Agatha Christie’s popular novels entitled Murder on The Orient Express aired back in 2017; Death on The Nile which is a follow-up to Murder on The Orient Express will be released in theaters in February 11 this year.

 

Directed by Kenneth Branagh, he also reprises the role of Hercule Poirot, Agatha Christie’s most beloved Belgian sleuth. This film also features several well-known actors and actresses. Including Tom Bateman, Gal Gadot, Annette Bening, Russell Brand; Letitia Wright, Ali Fazal, Dawn French; and Armie Hammer. While director Kenneth Branagh’s last film was not particularly successful; it did boast a superb ensemble cast, including Johnny Depp, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Willem Dafoe.

Death on The Nile tells of a murder case that occurred on the luxury ship S.S. Karnak along the Nile, Egypt. In the official trailer for Death on The Nile from 20th Century Studio, Hercule Poirot is back in action in solving a murder case on the luxury ship S.S Karnak carrying wealthy people on board. In finding the true killer, Hercule Poirot sorted through the alibis of each list of suspects, as he always does with his shrewd eye and keen analysis.

Death on The Nile, a novel released in 1937, was adapted into a film in 1978. In this film, Peter Ustinov plays the character of Hercule Poirot. If you haven’t watched the 1978 version of Christie’s novel, the shocking truth should have you gasping in the theater. Death on The Nile has one of the most interesting and well-known celebrity casts of 2022, as well as some sophisticated CGI reconstructions of Egypt in the 1930s and plenty of twists and turns.
