A Teaser Trailer For Jedi Fallen Order 2 Has Just Dropped.

With the influx of Star Wars projects, there’s extremely exciting news that fans of the popular Jedi Fallen Order game have been waiting for. The new teaser trailer has just dropped. And it looks amazing.

In the new trailer, we get to see the Mantis back again, though it might not come through the game without needing a repair. Also seen in the one-and-a-half-minute-long trailer is our favorite duo, Cal and BD-1, who are exploring once again. Set five years following the first game, Cal continues to be hunted as one of the few Jedi left in the Empire-controlled Galaxy. The gameplay is set to be better than ever, with Cal developing a deeper connection with the force and learning new combat.

What we can also take from the new clip is that Jedi Fallen Order: Survivor is the name of the new game. A leak made the Star Wars community aware of the name a few weeks ago and this is the confirmation we need to get excited. Also confirmed is the release year. 2023. No set date has been given yet. And, just as exciting, Cameron Monaghan is back to continue his role as Cal Kestis. No word has been said about any of the other cast.

However, not all the news is good. Survivor will only be available on Next Gen, so PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X are the only systems the new game will be available. This is incredibly disappointing for many when its predecessor was available on a vast number of consoles.

“Millions of Star Wars fans have been captivated by the story of Cal Kestis, and we’re thrilled to be working with the world-class developers at Respawn to continue this epic tale.” In 2019 Respawn studio released Fallen Order, and now they are joined by LucasFilm Games, whose vice president Douglas Reilly spoke on the collaboration above.

This could mean that, while once upon a time Jedi Fallen Order was left out in the cold by Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga and Pop Vinyl, maybe now Cal and the crew of the Mantis will get included. Merch would be the next logical step, and before you get too worried about having to wait and see, check out the photo below.

BD-1 Lego Star Wars

Only this morning a fan leaked a photo of a new Lego set of BD-1 found on the Walmart site, and before long Lego was confirming it for themselves. Available for pre-order now, BD-1 drops on August 1st. Hopefully, the first in a long line of Jedi Fallen Order Lego sets.
