A Former Octagon Competitor Has Been Charged.

After a hectic weekend around most parts of northern Ontario and some parts of Quebec, we have another story to cover in a week full of violence across the world.

 

This time in Montreal, Quebec’s north end in the city of Laval, where a 17-year-old teenager was stabbed to death in an alleged home invasion plot by the perpetrator.

 

The man who stabbed the teen in the upper body claimed it was an act of self-defense because the teen had broken into their home for whatever reason stated.

 

 

The man who killed the victim was a former UFC in-ring competitor that trained in the city of Montreal and was actually from the country of Argentina.

 

“Edouardo “El dogo” Larenas, 41, has been charged with one count of second-degree murder following the death of a 17-year-old boy, the Sûreté du Québec police said.”— Brayden Jagger Haines—Global News.

 

His spouse, who is unidentified at the time has also been charged with accessory to murder during and after the incident.

 

After the incident, Larenas and his family sought shelter in a nearby neighbor’s home and waited for the police and it is my opinion that he and his wife had fabricated a story in the meantime to tell the police before arriving.

 

The day after the incident, police could not add up the story and then questioned Larenas about his motives before he broke down and told the truth.

 

It has been a devastating week of violence ripping through many parts of the world, not to mention the tragedy that unfolded in Uvalde, Texas, USA, where an 18-year-old shot and killed nineteen students, two teachers, and wounded seventeen others. R.I.P. to those Involved.
